i adopted two quaker parrots and was told they talk alot?

I adopted two quaker parrots and was told they talk alot. Allihear is their squawking, and screetching. There was a few times when i believe they talked but couldn’t make out what they said. Are they not clear at all when they talk?

Parrots are creatures of habit–if the two of them are in the cage-together- they really don’t need you and therefore, they don’t have to talk to you. I have one parrot–he needs me for affection, attention, and talks ALL the time. You may want to talk to whoever you got them from and ask how they were kept that they were so talkative—another factor is that they do not KNOW you yet–they are in new surroundings and are scared- you may need to give them at least a month at adjust.
