I have one parrot--he needs me for affection, attention, and talks ALL the time. You may want to talk to whoever you got them from and ask how they were kept that they were so talkative---another factor is that they do not KNOW you yet--they are in new surroundings and are scared- you may need to give them at least a month at adjust.
